Two hydraulic breakers for Jatob Demolition

In January 2021, Viggo Bendz A/S delivered two hydraulic breakers to Jatob Nedbrydning ApS, one of which was used to demolish an old waterworks in Bjerringsbro. The hammer used to demolish the waterworks was an Indeco HP400 FS. The other was an Indeco HP100 FS.

The director of Jatob Nedbrydning, Mathias Rasmussen, was very pleased with the functionality and operation of the hydraulic breaker, he told us when we visited him at the end of January. He also told us that the Indeco breaker had already broken down 200 tons of concrete during the last working week alone.

Hydraulic breakers from INDECO

Indeco has an energy-efficient ABF (Anti Blank Firing) system that eliminates “blank shots”. This means that the hammer only strikes when there is surface contact with the object to be demolished. This extends the life of all wearable components in the breaker and reduces vibrations all the way up in the cabin/cab.

Hydraulic breakers from Indeco generally have an impact technique that ensures that the hammer strikes directly down in the chisel and not up in the machine. This means that the service life and reliability of the hammer itself is top notch. Only the very best brands in the world have this impact technology.

The breakers are available with FS (Fuel Saving) hydraulic system with self-adjusting impact force and impact frequency, which together provide less wear and better fuel economy (up to 10% compared to standard hydraulic breakers).

Indeco’s proprietary castings with internal shock absorbers and sound-absorbing lining have made it the quietest hydraulic breaker on the market.

The Indeco breaker has a system that makes it easy to change the chisel on site, avoiding the need to take the breaker to the workshop each time. This minimizes downtime and downtime.
